လုပ္ငန္းခြင္သံုး အဂၤလိပ္စကားလံုးမ်ား (၃)

          လုပ္ငန္းခြင္သံုး အဂၤလိပ္စကားလံုးမ်ားအေနနဲ႔ ဒီတစ္ပတ္မွာေတာ့ ေငြေပး/ ေငြယူ နဲ႔ ပတ္သက္တဲ့ စကားလံုး အသံုးအႏႈန္းမ်ားကို ဆက္လက္ေရးသားလိုက္ပါတယ္။

·         issue (v) - တရားဝင္ထုတ္ျပန္သည္

-       The embassy issued my visa yesterday.

သံ႐ံုးက ကၽြန္ေတာ့္ရဲ႕ ျပည္ဝင္ခြင့္ကို မေန႔က တရားဝင္ထုတ္ေပးလိုက္တယ္။

-       They issued me with a visa.

သူတို၌ ကၽြန္ေတာ့္ကို ျပည္ဝင္ခြင့္ထုတ္ေပးခဲ့တယ္။

-       The police have issued a statement about the robbery.

ရဲက ဓါးျပအေၾကာင္းကို ထုတ္ျပန္ေၾကျငာခဲ့တယ္။

-       All employees on the building site are issued with safety helmets.

တည္ေဆာက္ေရး လုပ္ငန္းခြင္က ဝန္ထမ္းမ်ား အားလံုးကို လံုၿခံဳစိတ္ခ်ရတဲ့ ေခါင္းေဆာင္း ေတြကို ထုတ္ေပးတယ္။

ယခု ပံုစံသည္ issue ကို verb ပံုစံျဖင့္ အသံုးျပဳထားတာပါ၊ preposition – with နဲ႔တြဲသံုးတာကို သတိထားရပါမယ္။ issue ကို noun အေနနဲ႔လည္း အသံုးျပဳႏုိင္ပါေသးတယ္။

be issued with something; issue someone with something

·         due (adj) - ေပးဆပ္ရန္ရွိေသာ

-       The invoice is due tomorrow.

ဒီကုန္ပို႔လႊာကို မနက္ျဖန္ ေပးရမယ္။

-       The second payment is now due.

ဒုတိယအႀကိမ္ ေပးေခ်ျခင္းကို ခု ေပးရမယ္။

-       Payment of the invoice is three weeks overdue.

ကုန္ပို႔လႊာအတြက္ ေငြးေပးေခ်တာ  (၃)ပတ္ ေက်ာ္ေနၿပီ။

to be overdue by a number of days/weeks, etc. စတဲ့ ပံုစံနဲ႔ လည္း အသံုးျပဳႏိုင္ပါတယ္။

·         reminder (n) - သတိေပးခ်က္

-       If our customers are late in paying, we send them a reminder.

ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔ ေဖာက္သည္ေတြက ပိုက္ဆံသြင္းဖုိ႔ ေနာက္က်ရင္ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔က သူတို႔ကို သတိေပးခ်က္ ေပးပို႔ပါတယ္။

-       I received a reminder saying my rent is a month overdue.

ကၽြန္ေတာ့္ရဲ႕ ငွားရမ္းမႈက တစ္လေက်ာ္ေနေၾကာင္း သတိေပးခ်က္ကို ကၽြန္ေတာ္ လက္ခံရရိွခဲ့တယ္။

·         mortgage (v) - အေပါင္စာခ်ဳပ္

-       My mortgage is with a small bank.

ကၽြန္ေတာ့္ အေပါင္စာခ်ဳပ္က ဘဏ္ေလး တစ္ခုနဲ႔ ခ်ဳပ္ထားတာပါ။

-       We have a twenty-year mortgage. 

ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔မွာ ႏွစ္(၂၀) စာ အေပါင္စာခ်ဳပ္ ရွိတယ္။ 

a mortgage of $80,000, a fifteen-year mortgage; pay off a mortgage စသည့္ပံုစံမ်ားနဲ႔ လည္း အသံုးျပဳႏုိင္ပါတယ္။

·         interest (v) - အတိုး

-       The bank offers 2% interest on all current accounts.

စာရင္းရွင္အပ္ေငြအတြက္ ဘဏ္က အတိုးႏႈန္း ၂ % ေပးတယ္။

-       We have a small mortgage, but the interest is very high.

ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔မွာ အေပါင္ပစၥည္း ေသးေသးေလးရွိတယ္၊ ဒါေပမယ့္ အတိုးႏႈန္းကေတာ့ ေတာ္ေတာ္ ျမင့္တယ္။

ေရတြက္မရနာမ္(uncountable noun) မ်ားနဲ႔ တြဲသံုးပါတယ္။ high interest, low interest, 4% interest, pay interest on a loan

·         loan (n) - ေခ်းေငြ

-       The company needs a $5m loan to build a new factory.

ကုမၸဏီက စက္႐ံုအသစ္ တည္ေဆာက္ဖို႔အတြက္ ေခ်းေငြ ေဒၚလာ ၅ မီလ်ံ လိုအပ္တယ္။

-       I took out a loan with 5% interest.

ကၽြန္ေတာ္က ၅ % အတိုးနဲ႔ ေခ်းေငြယူခဲ့တယ္။

a $20,000 loan; take out a loan; pay off a loan စသည့္ပံုစံမ်ားျဖင့္ လည္းသံုးႏုိင္ပါတယ္။
