ကိစၥတစ္ခုခုအေပၚတြင္ ယံုၾကည္မႈကင္းမဲ့ေသာ (သို႔မဟုတ္) မေသခ်ာေသာ ခံစားခ်က္မ်ားကို ေဖာ္ျပလို ေသာအခါတြင္ ေဖာ္ျပပါ ပံုစံကို အသံုးျပဳႏုိင္ပါသည္။

တစ္စံုတစ္ခုခုကို  ကိုယ္က ျပဳလုပ္ေသာအခါ တစ္စံုတစ္ေယာက္ကို စိတ္ရွိမွာလား (အဆင္ေျပမွာလား/ စိတ္ ကသိကေအာက္ ျဖစ္မွာလား) စသည္ျဖင့္ ေမးလိုေသာအခါ ေဖာ္ျပပါ ပံုစံကို သံုးႏုိင္ပါသည္။ Do ေနရာတြင္ Would ကိုအစားထိုးၿပီးလည္း အသံုးျပဳႏိုင္ပါသည္။ ယခု ပံုစံတြင္ mind ကို ျမန္မာလို ဆီေလ်ာ္ေအာင္ ေျပာရန္ အနည္းငယ္ ခက္ခဲပါသည္၊ စိတ္ဆိုးမွာလား လို႔ ေျပာပါကလည္း Are you angry ႏွင့္ ေရာေထြးႏိုင္ပါသည္။
